Payment and Deposits

  • All quoted prices are in Canadian Dollars, taxes extra (unless stated otherwise)

  • Accepting Visa, Mastercard or E-transfer as payment

  • 30% non refundable deposit required to confirm flight charter

  • Remaining 70% flight payment due 24 hours before departure (transferable on mutual agreement)

Qoutes and Additional Charges

Charter Quotes and invoices valid until specified date based on Jet A prices at $2.10 per liter. Fuel prices above this set price will be billed as a fuel surcharge. Additional airport fees, beyond landing and Nav fees, such as but not limited to FBO and aircraft De-icing are extra and billed to the client. Holding Fees and crew charges will be applied to flights exceeding a 50% of chartered flight time. Crew are limited flight duty days, exceedance of duty time on request of the costumer will result in additional charges and flight delays for flight duty law compliance. Quotes and invoices specify charter completion time within legal flight duty time span.

Liability

  • Each Liard Air passenger is ensured to a liability up to not exceeding $300,000 CAD per person

  • Liard Air cannot be held liable for expenses caused by flight delays

Transport Canada Regulations

Liard Air services operates as a charter Air service or Air taxi in accordance with Transport Canada Regulations. Please adhere to all Transport Canada passenger guidelines

Compliance with local & Federal Laws

Charter client ensures Passengers, luggage and freight are all in compliance with local and federal laws.

Dangerous goods items

Clients agree to notify crew of any dangerous goods carried onboard aircraft. Please ask if your unsure if your item is a dangerous good. Ammunition, Bear Spray, Internal combustion motors, fuel, aerosol products and other items that may affect flight safety must be declared (see dangerous goods poster)
